I found the breakfast options broad and delicious. Parking was ample at the hotel, a real relief. Location really helps to get to locations of interest without problems.
The wait at Reception felt a little long, since the area is integrated within the pub dining space and staff can get busy.

The hotel offered a restaurant on site with a good choice of meals and drinks. It made dining very convenient. A garage opposite includes a Starbucks and a Greggs. Plenty of parking is available, a big advantage.

My family room was spacious, accommodating the extra beds easily and providing enough space for everyone. The room was clean. Everything worked as expected. I found the beds quite comfortable. I slept VERY well.

Staff showed kindness. They were very helpful. I got assistance when i needed it. Katie the manager was especially friendly. I appreciated her attentiveness.

The hotel's location is convenient for visiting nearby areas. Getting around was never a problem. A garage with a coffee shop is close. It makes quick stops easy. It's a PLUS.

the location was convenient, with free parking available. check-in was simple. my room included extra pillows and a comfortable bed.
the reception area seemed understaffed and located within the pub dining area. i waited longer than expected to get my room key. i found some staff in the restaurant a bit abrupt.

the parking were easy, i found it charmed. every person working there were friendly and helpful too. the room have everything needed it were clean.
i thinks there is a drain issue, really. i feels the rooms is less than basic and the bathrooms is dated. breakfast weren't included so I feels I payed more than I should.
