The staff was lovely and friendly! I enjoyed the gluten free choices they had. The receptionist was helpful and the waiting staff too.
The dog charge felt a little steep AT £15 a night. The carpet had a lot of marks. my room was close to the public restroom SO the hand dryers were sometimes loud.

dirty windowsearly morning noise
Honestly, the room i got, a so-called classic twin room, looked directly onto some pipes and what i guess was the roof. windows were so dirty i barely saw out anyway, so maybe it was a blessing. then there was the noise. Reminded me of the folks upstairs were training for a marathon at 4 a.m., i swear. the hotel claimed it was full, yet somehow couldn't move me. sure, Jan.
