The hotel provided a four-poster bed in the room. I found a record player with a selection of LPs there. This was a nice touch. The afternoon tea was excellent (I especially liked the scones!). The staff were friendly.
I noticed that the water in the bathroom sink was hot, dangerously so.

The staff greeted me with Prosecco upon arrival. I also experienced great service in the Brasserie, with the food and drinks delivered in a timely manner. Every request was promptly addressed with a smile.

The room was spacious and included a very comfortable bed. Molton Brown toiletries were available in the bathroom. The room also had a big wardrobe, providing ample storage for luggage and clothing.

The hotel is located near National Trust properties, offering convenient access to historical sites (I visited two!). The setting is beautiful with well-kept grounds. It is also easy to find from the main road.

i booked a superior double room and was very impressed with its size and decor. the bed was comfortable. the molton brown toiletries provided in the bathroom were a luxurious touch. the well-kept gardens provided a beautiful backdrop for relaxation and photos.
the tea bag selection in the room was quite limited, which required a special request to the bar.

the reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and were very smartly dressed. hot breakfasts were cooked to order. the staff were attentive and ensured a smooth and pleasant dining experience each morning.

The room had extra seating and a coffee table. I had plenty of room. my dog had a dog bed, dog bowls, and dog treats. the treats are now my dog's favorite!
The hotel is very disjointed. The bathroom is quite a distance from the dining area.
