The staff was friendly and helpful. The decor included a flagstone floor which I found original. My room in the annexe building contained a large bed and quality linen.

the staff seemed alright, mostly doing what they were supposed to do.
The room was dark. Honestly, it seemed like a cave with a tiny window and i couldn't open it more than an inch which was annoying.

Fantastic Stay, I'll Be Back!!!
delicious breakfastfriendly ladymodern bathroom
I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with many choices! The lady doing breakfast was so friendly and made us very welcome. I had a lovely night's sleep. The linen was good and the bathroom modern and fresh!
The radiator was hot, I couldn't seem to turn it off.

The hotel has a huge bar area with plenty of seating. There is also a large parking area. Paths had been cleared and the carpark cleared mostly after recent snow.

The food was GREAT!!! The menu was a joy with lots of different options. I also enjoyed breakfast the next day in the cozy pub restaurant.

I found the breakfast tasty and the food was good. The staff were cheerful and very helpful to every request.
I noticed a smell from the drains that was unpleasant. The bedding WASN'T comfortable i think they have bought the pillows on the cheaper side.
