my room was super clean with attention to detail. the staff was the friendliest. they showed a real passion to serve and chat. nothing was to much trouble. the breakfast team were the winners. the cleaner were really nice, reception offered various help and they found a solution.

i was in room 223, and i advise avoiding it. a generator started up every 30 to 40 minutes from the football ground, and i did not have a quiet night's sleep.

the breakfast offered a wide range of options , from hot food to delicious pastries , and the restaurant staff did everything possible to make guests happy with the best customer service. bonus, you can order pizza 24/7.

The location was great! It met all my needs perfectly. My room was very large. It had plenty of storage. The room and bathroom were very clean!

I experienced a significant issue . The shower did NOT work! I came back around 11 pm, and the shower barely dribbled water. The following morning, it was freezing cold. I received a letter explaining boiler issues, but I expected a discount at least.
