Excellent Hotel Near the University

superb shower comfy bed 24-hr check-in friendly staff

The room had a superb shower and a very comfy bed. Cleanliness was definitely a strong point . The staff were friendly and polite throughout my stay.

The restaurant was often very busy, making it difficult to get a table at convenient times.

My son and I stayed one night, it was great. The hotel staff found out about my son's autism and complex epilepsy. They did everything possible to. The receptionist arranged a room on the fifth floor with a view for my son.

The noise from other guests in the corridors was high at night. The sound of doors banging disturbed my daughter.

The hotel provides ample parking space . This is convenient. It is a new building set within a country estate. It offers very good facilities. The hotel location is next to a university.

The rooms were spotlessly clean. This is good. Rooms include comfortable beds, I slept well. Adjoining rooms are available, that was really practical. The room size was generous and rare to find in Europe.

James placed us in a private pod where we watched our own TV. This was great. James and the head chef tailored a meal to my son's taste. The restaurant staff made our honeymoon meal extra special.

the room was very clean. the breakfast setup was great. it included a wide range of vegetarian options. the friendliness of the staff were great.

One bathroom towel had yellow stains around the edges. The other towel had a hole.

The hotel room had air conditioning. It was great because the weather was beautiful . Tea and coffee facilities existed in the room. They provided just enough for two cups.

The pillows were not comfortable. Light came from under the curtains and woke me up early. The thermostat glowed too brightly.
