adequate stay
great breakfast friendly staff excellent location hard bed hard pillow limited sausage
the location was excellent. attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. the staff were friendly. there was also a good selection of ales and lagers available.
The bed was very hard. It seemed like sleeping on a board. the pillows were also quite hard. breakfast only included one sausage with the english breakfast. The menu listed 'sausages'.

wonderful stay!
quality linens clean bathroom biscotti
i loved that the room had quality linens. towels were also of great quality. the bedroom included quirky furnishings, decor, and a clean bathroom. nespresso machine, fancy teabags, bottled water and italian biscotti were on the tea tray.
initially, i was disappointed we couldn't bring our dog. the group on the next table had a dog, so the reason wasn't clear. the food was nice, but the triple-cooked chips were too soggy.

a romantic getaway
separate sinks super king bed
I found our superior room clean. it had two separate sinks, so getting ready together was easier. the bed was large. I think it was super king size, it gave us so much space. we were able to relax.
the evening music from the bar traveled into the room, and i found it a little loud. it made falling asleep before midnight difficult. this was a slight disturbance to an otherwise perfect evening.

decent stay, some issues need attention
slow service bland pizza
The hotel room was spacious and clean. It met my basic expectations for a short stay.
The service was quite slow. I waited almost 20 minutes to order drinks. also, the food was disappointing. The pizza i ordered tasted quite bland. the triple cooked chips were hard and did not taste fresh, unpleasant.

friendly staff nesspresso machine comfy bed
the staff were friendly. the room included a nesspresso machine, also cookies and bottled water were present. the room was very clean and updated. the bed was comfy and the decorations very nice.
the front of house had a bad attitude. this affected the experience negatively.

quality produce varied menu comfortable stay
i found the room to be well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. the breakfast selection had variety and everything was cooked well. the produce tasted high-quality!!! i also really enjoyed dinner, the menu featured unusual choices.
