adequate but flawed stay

helpful staffnoisy roomslow service
the staff were friendly and helpful .
the room was quite noisy, seemingly located above the kitchen, and this made it hard to rest. the view from the window was also unappealing as it overlooked a messy courtyard. additionally , the service was slow during dinner , and my food order was incorrect with missing items.
