underwhelming lunch experience
slow staff lacking skills
i went for lunch based on recommendations , but it sadly did not meet my expectations. the waiting staff were slow and lacked customer service skills , as i didn't see a single smile. management seemed disengaged and unaware of what was happening in the restaurant , .

I booked a double room. The building has a very scenic view. The bar and restaurant area is especially nice. Staff was friendly and cute.

tea coffee tray undercooked sausage soggy toast
The room included a tea and coffee tray. A nice touch.
My breakfast wasn't great. The sausage was undercooked and the bacon was not crisp enough. The toast was also slightly soggy. I did not feel it was a good value for the price I paid.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were VERY friendly. the bedroom was spacious. It had a nice tea and coffee tray.
