lots of good extras were given to me. these little things go a long way and i will happily stay there again! the pool and sauna facilities were also excellent. i was visiting in order to go hiking, so these were all very welcome after a long days hike.

I received warm cookies at check-in. It was a lovely touch. breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and smiling. the room was clean and quiet, a good size for my needs. i found the location perfect for what i needed to do.
the wifi signal was quite weak, i think it could be improved.

The staff were lovely I appreciated their attentiveness. The room was super clean the amenities suited my needs perfectly. Breakfast included a delicious variety I enjoyed the selection of fresh pastries and fruits.
The gym had some equipment out of order, including one treadmill and both rowing machines.

I was welcomed upon arrival, and the staff were friendly. the room was clean and well appointed. I found lashings of hot water available for a shower. breakfast was very good with a self service layout.
the gym and pool were easy to use, though the pool got busy at times. i would have preferred a less crowded swimming experience.

I found the buffet breakfast to be excellent each morning. Choice was good and the staff were helpful. croissants and danishes were offered, and these were fantastic. the staff were accommodating to requests.

The gym had a good range of equipment for a workout and the pool was clean. Several people were using it. the hotel also provided easy access to nearby shops. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the staff were friendly enough, i suppose, at least emily at reception seemed to know what she was doing.
Good grief, where do i even begin? the lounge bar wasn't open when it was supposed to be. I wasn't exactly thrilled about that. then, the lack of robes. Apparently, they are only available in 'luxury' rooms... how charming.
