The grounds were beautifully maintained. The lovely canals added a special charm! The chamber maids were particularly kind, our stay was flawless. our room seemed like a true home, its cleanliness a testament to their care. i felt secure leaving my belongings. The night porter watching the car park gave me peace of mind.

there's a £50 damage waiver upon check-in! it is reserved on your card, this practice left a slight feeling of unease.

The restaurant offered fine dining. Each meal was a delight. the breakfast was excellent, setting a positive tone for the whole day. The variety and quality were superb and the restaurant buildings were in a good state of decoration.

the staff were very friendly. the room was modern and clean. the night porter watched the car park at night. the big pub served good food and the staff were very pleasant.

the hotel is nicely tucked away from the main road. it sits by the edge of the canal, a very beautiful setting. it provides a quiet environment away from traffic, close to nature.

the room was very clean. parking was plentiful on the premises. supermarkets are located close to the hotel.

the bed was too hard for me , and i did not sleep well. there was no receptionist at the hotel , and i had to check in at the bar. i had to wait because only one barmaid was on duty and she was busy.
