friendly staff comfortable room excellent food

the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was attractive and very comfortable. the food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent.

Our boxing day lunch was great. I must say the braised beef croquettes tasted amazing. the service was fabulous. All the staff were great, they made our lunch nice. the room was comfortable and very well-appointed. dinner at the restaurant was excellent (i really enjoyed it).

the building had open fires in the bar, cute. rooms looked recently refurbished, they were spotlessly clean, which gave the hotel a fresh feel.

this beautiful building is located in a picture-perfect village, it is a quiet location. i was lucky to sit outside and enjoy the brook, i found that very relaxing. the outside area has a great garden and an outside bar.

comfortable room stylish decor good breakfast

the room was comfortable and very well-appointed. i enjoyed the decor and atmosphere in the bar area. breakfast was tasty and had good quality food.

i noticed a few worn spots on the furniture.

The food was AMAZING!!! breakfast had a wide range of options, including locally sourced items. i particularly enjoyed the braised beef croquettes. They were delicious and perfectly cooked.
