lovely pub comfy bed immaculate presentation accommodating staff
the pub was lovely. the room featured a comfy bed. the presentation was immaculate. staff members showed friendliness and accommodation.

a proper pub stay
ample parking elegant dining area smartly furnished room
i found ample parking on site. the dining area seemed elegant. the room i booked was furnished smartly. i also found a park and ride not too far away. this made getting to cambridge easy.
the hotel seemed to close quite early at 9pm, and i could not get a drink on arrival after a day out.

useless wifi small room
The WiFi WAS totally useless . My room was quite small, and the toilet was uncomfortably close to the bed. The toilet area did not have a fully closeable door. The whole room smelled very badly of drains, SO this needs to be addressed.

quiet location coffee machine
i found the location very quiet. staff proved very helpful. i appreciated the superior king room it had a lovely view and a nespresso coffee machine. the ensuite contained a large shower.
the wifi signal was somewhat weak in certain areas of the room i occupied.

beautiful decor romantic atmosphere attentive staff
the hotel was immaculate, i appreciated the beautiful decor that created a romantic atmosphere. the restaurant featured oak framed windows. the food, from evening meals to breakfast, was divine and lovely. the staff were attentive.
