I really loved the great location. It gave perfect broad views. breakfast was plentiful and always tasted fresh.
i noticed some pigeons got in my room when i opened the windows.

my room was quite a good size, i think. it included a kettle with tea and coffee . the room provided a secure feeling during my entire stay.

i found many choices for breakfast and the dinner menu included options for all dietary needs. the kitchen prepared a meal for me to receive on arrival after the kitchen had closed, so that was considerate. waiting times for food sometimes varied.

the location itself has a warm and cozy feel to it. there are two chairs in the window which are ideal to sit and watch the boats on the broads, i liked that. parking on premises is free for all guests.

The staff were very warm and friendly, i saw. they were trying their best at all times to accommodate requests. the cleaning staff were helpful. They provided a softer mattress for the bed when requested.

my room had a lovely large tv with freeview, GREAT. The temperature in the room could be easily controlled, SO IT WAS just right.
my room could have done with updating, IT WAS a bit pokey.

Really good Stay with Beautiful River Views!

The location was fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions. The staff was helpful, especially Tracy in housekeeping, who kept our room immaculate. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and gave me amazing views. I especially appreciated the ample free parking. It certainly reduced travel stress.

The hotel had a beautiful location right next to the Broads. The proximity to the river provided picturesque views and convenient access. A cruise departs right from the hotel. This is a huge plus for exploring the area.

great stay in norfolk

the location was superb, right next to the broads. i took a cruise from wroxham, but later saw one leaving from the hotel. dinner tasted good. it was quite full, but the staff did great.
the heating didn't work. a temporary oil heater was available. the bathroom and towel rail were cold.

the double room i stayed in had two armchairs, so this created more space. extra heating was nice since it got chilly at night. i was glad that i could adjust it.
