the staff impressed me with their friendliness they were always ready to help us. our spacious room included modern facilities which i liked. breakfast included a tasty full english buffet and danish pastries. the location provided easy access and the staff offered really good assistance with directions.
i noticed a small cigarette burn on the window seat in our room this was unexpected since the hotel has a strict no-smoking policy.

the staff was very friendly at check in. the room was large and clean. i especially enjoyed the very comfy bed. the breakfast offered a good selection, and i appreciated the variety.
the ai reception did not work very well. i needed assistance for checking in. i had to ask for help to resolve it on checkout.
