excellent stay at superb hotel
great roomkids play arealovely foodamazing staff
the room was big and great it included everything i could need. the kids play area was a total hit with my children. the food was lovely and breakfast was great. staff were amazing at this lovely place.
the carpets and general decor in the main hotel seemed quite dated to me.

The room was clean. That aspect met my expectations.
Check-in was a MESS. The receptionist seemed confused about my early check-in. She gave me the wrong key card and phoned the room twice regarding the early check-in payment. It was a DISASTER.

The staff members are friendly and helpful. They quickly accommodated my daughter's gluten-free needs. The room offered a good space and included a sofa. This provided an area to relax! The hotel kept the room spotlessly clean.
The car park is large! a portion of it is now used for electric charging. Daytime parking can be challenging as spaces are rented to local businesses, so it's best to plan ahead.
