The staff was very helpful and friendly . The food was lovely, I really enjoyed my meals (especially the dinner!).

I would have liked the breakfast to be served a bit earlier in the morning. the available options were great.

the staff were amazing! nothing was too much trouble for them.

This time the room was dirty, and dusty. the toiletries had been used, they were individual ones and not even cleaned. marks were on the tables and in the bathrooms. The floor had not been vacuumed. I obviously missed it.

i found the staff helpful upon arrival. the room was comfortable. i was glad to see a large cup in the room for tea.

I found the room really hot. a fan was in place, but it was still very hot. the shower water was too hot. The thermostat control was not working so temperature adjustment wasn't possible.
