The room was very quiet and comfortable. Staff members were very helpful. I stayed for two nights attending a wedding in Rayleigh. All went very well.

I noticed very slight dust on the windowsill in the bedroom, otherwise it was super clean.

I stayed in one of the four outside rooms and found it very quiet. The room was comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day. The staff were helpful and couldn't do enough to. I also liked the proximity to a wedding venue in Rayleigh.

the staff were amazing! nothing was too much trouble for them.

This time the room was dirty, and dusty. the toiletries had been used, they were individual ones and not even cleaned. marks were on the tables and in the bathrooms. The floor had not been vacuumed. I obviously missed it.

i found the staff helpful upon arrival. the room was comfortable. i was glad to see a large cup in the room for tea.

I found the room really hot. a fan was in place, but it was still very hot. the shower water was too hot. The thermostat control was not working so temperature adjustment wasn't possible.
