The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. My room was super clean and well-kept. The hotel provided convenient on-site parking . Breakfast had great options and was delicious. I especially liked the fresh pastries.

the room was tidy and it was like home. the staff offered prompt service. i appreciated the free on-street parking it really simplified things.
the tv in my room was faulty it didn't work at all. i spoke to the manager about compensation. i never heard back. the air conditioning was inconsistent it would blow cold air for a minute then stop making sleep difficult.

the bed was comfortable enough.
the air conditioning was a NIGHTMARE!!! it blasted cold air for a minute and then stopped. this cycle repeated all night making sleep impossible. also, there were multiple lights, like the smoke detector, that glowed brightly, and the bathroom light stayed on for ages after i closed the door. talk about frustrating!
