breakfast buffet clean room non-working radiator cold bathroom

the breakfast buffet had plenty of options. the location next to the river was also superb. the room i had was clean. the coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.

The radiator in my room didn't seem to work. the towel rail in the bathroom also wasn't working. This made it cold. no extra blankets were available.

river thames fresh fruit modern rooms lukewarm shower extra blankets unresponsive team

i appreciated the convenient location near the river thames. the breakfast was amazing!!! it featured a good selection of fresh fruit. i found the rooms to be modern and clean.

the shower was not very warm. i found that no extra blankets were provided. the team was not responsive when i mentioned the radiator wasn't working.

small room dusty windows

the location was convenient, with chilled drinking water always available. the setting by the river was beautiful.

i visited and got a room a lot smaller and in worse condition than usual for the same money. the room looked like no one had been there in a long time, with a layer of dust and spiders webs on the windows. this room had only small windows, and it was really hot. i was so disappointed.

really good stay NEAR the thames

ample space nespresso machine walk-in shower blackout blinds

i liked the room size. it had enough space to relax without feeling cramped. the provided nespresso machine was a great touch for early mornings. the bathroom included a spacious walk in shower. the blackout blinds made a HUGE difference for a restful night.

My room was located in a separate building, which required a short walk to the main facilities. It was a slight inconvenience.

The reception staff provided very helpful directions to my room upon check in. i DID appreciate that personal touch. They showed genuine care. staff members were polite and quick to respond to requests.

the hotel is situated beside the River Thames. the grounds are pretty. access to walks along the river is very easy, and THERE is even a bus stop nearby.

the breakfast selection provided many options. i found both continental and hot food choices. the grounds have an outdoor chess set. the gym had a variety of equipment, including treadmills and stationary bikes.

dry sausages undrinkable coffee

I must say, I found the breakfast to be quite subpar. Food appears to have been sitting out for an extended period, resulting in dryness. The coffee proved undrinkable and the overall presentation was severely lacking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. The sausages also left much to be desired. They were quite hard to swallow.

striking visuals excellent breakfast

The building has striking visuals. The surroundings were very fine. Breakfast tasted excellent. The staff was efficient.

The bar menu has only limited food choices.
