The staff were very helpful and polite. The room had everything that I needed. The location was good, convenient to the Cathedral.

I found no mirror over the dressing table. The breakfast choice was limited. The reception area seemed quite small.

i liked that the room was gorgeous and very clean! it was decorated so nicely. the hotel is in a great location. the best bars and restaurants were in walking distance.

i didn't like that we had to walk from and to the car park especially if it was heavy rain.

the room was nice and neat. i found the central location very convenient for exploring. the staff provided quick service when i needed assistance.

the room was consistently cold , which was not ideal. i also found the mirror placement inconvenient. additionally , there were no gym facilities available.
