Underwhelming stay. Needs Improvement

broken drawer stained blind

My room was HOT. The air conditioner did not cool the space. A backside drawer was broken, and the cabinet under the sink was falling apart because of water damage. The window blind was thin and covered in stains, disappointing. I felt let down.

helpful staff minor issue secure parking

the staff helped quickly with any minor issue. each time i visit, i notice improvements. any issues i encountered were easily addressed. i found the on-site parking very secure and convenient.

i noticed the hotel showed signs of needing refurbishment, especially dated furnishings. the upkeep could enhance the guest experience. i believe investment in this would greatly improve the facilities.

organized venue amazing deco tasteful food friendly staff

I attended a Jogo event with my family. The venue was very well organized. Decorations were amazing. Food tasted very good. (I especially liked the desserts!). The staff was friendly and helpful. Paul made sure everything met our needs and is a credit to this hotel.

The car parking area had old rubbish and furniture, made the place look a bit untidy.

The parking area felt secure due to the provided CCTV surveillance. I found the room spacious enough and all necessary equipment was present. The hotel grounds feature beautiful landscaping and provided a relaxing environment. I appreciated the cleanliness of the bedding .

The soundproofing was not very effective. I could hear some noise from events.
