Decent Stay , Some Issues

pleasant chef varied breakfast expensive drinks loud televisions

The breakfast was varied. Chef Suri was very pleasant and made sure my eggs were cooked as requested. Zania remembered my order and checked on me , upon entering the dining room.

The drinks were ridiculously expensive , and the beer selection was poor. The wine was also hugely overpriced , with shots expensive and not served in shot glasses.

helpful staff immaculate rooms superb meals

housekeeping kept the rooms immaculate, a lovely touch. the breakfast and evening meals were both superb, it added something to my stay.

i have no complaints from my visit.

quick check-in wide selection helpful staff

check-in was quick! the room included a large bath and separate shower cubicle. i was very impressed with breakfast, there was a wide selection available. the staff were helpful!

some issues

missing fridge excessive noise

the kids enjoyed the pool it seemed well-kept and clean.

i specifically booked a room advertising a fridge i needed it for medication upon arrival it was missing after asking several times one never looked so the medicine spoiled i also found the noise level high with doors slamming late into the night a restful sleep was difficult to achieve.
