Wonderful birthday celebration
great atmosphere excellent service delicious food encouraging act
The tribute act created a fantastic atmosphere. The audience was encouraged to participate. The food was delicious. The service at the hotel was excellent. i really enjoyed having a nice birthday with my family.
some of the decor looked a bit tired!

the room was spacious with a comfortable sitting area and a balcony overlooking the golf course. Molton Brown toiletries were provided in the super clean bathroom, with both a separate shower and a bath. Bed was comfortable.

The staff were friendly and very professional. They were attentive and informative regarding tea selections and locally used produce. the service was efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them during a busy period. i was really pleased.

the staff was friendly and helpful.
Room service took over an hour. The food was not great at all. breakfast was also very disappointing. i expected a better quality of food for the high prices paid.

caring receptionist excellent staff sufficient biscuits
the hotel receptionist stated that whatever my parents may need, they would be there for them. the staff helped them across the car park to the roosters restaurant for their pre-booked meal. the staff ensured there were plenty of biscuits in the room for my father.
