Charming Stay with Sea Views

I found the location to be fantastic, very close to amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I particularly appreciated the room overlooking the Pier. The views were quite lovely. The hotel decor was beautiful and I will be returning.
The noise from the alley outside my window was quite disruptive. I was awakened several times each night by sounds. The lack of proper ventilation made the room stuffy too.

Food in both the restaurant and the bar proved excellent.. Breakfast was super with a variety of choices offered. The attached restaurant is definitely first class. I found many delicious options to enjoy.

The staff were especially helpful and cute throughout the entire hotel. They even booked a table for me in their restaurant. I appreciated this gesture. The night porter was also so lovely and helpful when my flight was delayed.

The room included soft towels and gorgeous hand soaps, little touches . The rooms were clean and they had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beds felt comfortable and I enjoyed the shower..

Really good stay with good touches

I found the room spacious and super clean, decorated beautifully. The coffee machine and tasty treats were a nice touch. I especially liked having a beach bag for sunny days and a hot water bottle for cooler evenings. Bicycles available were useful for exploring the scenic sea road.
The noise from nearby rooms and the elevator was disruptive . I could hear neighbors and elevator activity until late at night. This issue impacted my sleep quality considerably.

The DAB radio in the bedroom was a really nice touch. It created a warm welcome. My room had a sea and harbor view. That was lovely. I found a free parking space. This was an excellent help.
The pillows on the bed were quite thick. This was not to my liking.

slow servicechaotic experience
the breakfast service needs improvement it took a long time to receive our order. staff seemed more focused on setting up for lunch than serving breakfast guests. i observed a manager using spray cleaner on a nearby table during my meal it was disruptive. this lack of attention made the experience chaotic
