the bed was super comfy and the pillows were great. the room offered blackout blinds. bathroom products were good, and i used the filtered water tap in the corridor. i also liked the decent safe and the in-room recycling setup.
the number of tea bags in the room was not sufficient for more than one cup of tea.

i found the room very clean it included lots of amenities. the staff were friendly i saw them smile and greet guests often. the hotel allowed me to check in early making it easier to explore the area.
the room key did not work a few times. tea bags were not replenished overnight i found that poor. i was asked to pay a discretionary service charge when checking out which i thought was not appropriate.

the reception team gave a warm welcome this set a positive tone for my stay the room featured beautiful decorations and a tasteful theme everything was impeccably clean with excellent toiletries provided the breakfast food quality was excellent.
the hotel takes an additional deposit and it takes some days for the funds to be released back to guests.
