the setting was great! i enjoyed my time there, particularly the spa. thea was very busy yet courteous, polite, and had a big smile. good staff are hard to find now. thea deserves recognition.

the room was very bland, and i found this disappointing. the windows were painted shut, so there was no fresh air, and the bathroom seemed old. it seemed like the hotel skimped on important details, and the room felt neglected, this was a big letdown.

we went for afternoon tea and the food was very nice. the atmosphere felt wonderful to us. the spa impressed us with perfect service, including Annie. she helped a lot and was happy to provide what we needed.

the receptionist just stared at me and didn't say hello when we arrived. she sharply said my room wasn't ready, though i hadn't asked this yet.

the staff was attentive to dietary needs at the carrington grill. lee provided excellent customer service. mafajah and shoyab ensured meals arrived promptly. charlotte, debra, sammy and nevi from the reception team provided quick check-in.

i noticed the gym requires extra payment , even during off-peak hours.

I stayed at the hotel for a few nights. The Barney's bar offered good food choices at fair prices. I especially liked Subby, the barman. He. Matt, the hotel manager, was very knowledgeable regarding packages.

I thought the hotel lacked basic customer care. The hotel showed no willingness to help sort out an issue. The dismissive attitude.
