inefficient check-in significant queue
the room was super clean and spacious, exactly as expected.
the check-in process was notably inefficient. upon arrival, i faced a significant queue, and the receptionist looked overwhelmed. this caused an unnecessary delay and a less than satisfactory introduction to the stay and a subsequent lack of immediate assistance to any of my enquries.

repeat stay lived up to expectations
spacious room friendly staff breakfast selection ample parking
The room was spacious and modern. the staff were both friendly and helpful. breakfast had a good selection (especially the pastries). i was pleased to find ample parking available. Using the leisure facilities was a definite plus.
i noticed some minor building works occurring, though it didn't significantly disrupt my stay.

excellent gym nice view early check room lighting single pool depth difficult rest
the location is amazing and within walking distance! the refurbished gym is excellent, and the room had a really nice view. i was even able to check in early, so helpful.
the room lighting wasn't great for me and there was only one depth in the swimming pool. my child couldn't stand in the pool! even though she swims, she couldn't rest easily.

great bed equipped gym kind staff
The room have a great bed. I love the gym, so well equipped and clean. The staff show kindness, very helpful for all my needs. They greet everyone with smile. Complimentary access to the pool is nice for us.
