Breakfast offered a great selection of tasty choices. I liked the relaxing low-key music played throughout the hall. the gardens were fine. I sat on the patio on a summer evening and found it heavenly. the rooms were lovely. Everywhere was super clean.
the bedroom was a bit small and the beds plus pillows were not comfortable! they were so soft, and creaky.

Perfect wedding celebration

meticulous organizationattentive servicegood fooddysfunctional shower
My wedding day took place here on August 10th 2024, and I extend sincere gratitude to the wedding team (they are professionals!). Everything was meticulously organized, leaving me free from any worries. Our guests expressed awe at the venue's beauty and the team's attentive service. The food delighted everyone and rooms included with the wedding price impressed with cleanliness and elegance.
The shower in my assigned room was not functional. I had to use another shower in a separate room.

The Byerley Suite featured a sumptuous four poster bed. The ensuite included a jacuzzi bath and a huge rain shower. These amenities added to the room's luxurious character. Views extended across the park from this period room.
Dining

The tasting menu was really good, particularly the pescatarian options. A traditional Yorkshire breakfast was served in the orangery. The breakfast used local produce. Canapés preceded dinner. A bottle of prosecco accompanied it.

The hotel showcases a magnificent stately home. Communal areas offer comfortable spaces for drinks. The gardens are ideal for a walk. This adds to the experience. (I strolled through the gardens.)
