loud musicpoor maintenance

I found some issues . Loud music continued until midnight. This bothered me. The shower head detached and fell on me. I believe the hotel should focus more on maintenance and guest safety. The attitude of the front desk staff, when I raised these concerns, was very disappointing. They almost seemed to accuse me.

mixed feelings about my stay

the room was clean upon arrival.

I encountered a problem with the kitchen. i ordered the beetroot and goat cheese salad. the salad had very little goat cheese and few walnuts, not satisfactory for the price i paid. the accompanying bread was stale. I had to ask for butter. it seems the kitchen quality is not on par with the rest of the hotel.

Amazing Wedding Venue, A DREAM!!!

Our son's wedding took place here on Friday, and from beginning to end, EVERYTHING was amazing!!! The staff are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make the day really good. The food was Excellent considering how many people they catered for, and the wine flowed just as they promised.

I encountered a bit of a wait for my teacakes at the coffee shop. It did not spoil things too much though. I believe service delays should be reduced. Staffing level adjustments can help.

The location is perfect and provides a beautiful atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. The receptionist was helpful. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I found the bed comfy, and the shower was very large.

I found the coffee machine wasn't as enjoyable as I expected. There was plenty of beetroot in my salad, but a minute amount of goats cheese and hardly any walnuts. The bread was stale, and I had to ask for butter.
