i found no smile from one lady on reception. i think this is not a big deal though.

The staff were cheerful and check-in was easy. My room was super clean and the shower was perfect. I had a really good night's sleep in the bed. The breakfast was great, always hot and fresh. The lounge was huge allowing me to properly relax.
I noticed some wear on the carpets in the corridor on the second floor. The edges were grubby. Rubbish in the corridor remained there from Friday evening until Sunday morning. These details impacted the overall impression.

I booked a room last minute because family commitments. The value for money was good. Anji at reception was very nice and let me chose my floor. The room was clean. The bed felt comfortable. A really nice hot shower was available.
The window didn't shut firmly. I heard traffic outside. Perhaps new, more secure window, would assist.

The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. The parking area felt secure, which I appreciated. The staff at reception were very friendly and efficient during check-in.
I was surprised by the additional cost upon arrival. The remote for the television was temperamental. I noticed some wear and tear on the bathroom door. There was also peeling veneer on the counter tops.
