The room was modern and had everything i needed. It included an comfortable bed. The location is great near restaurants and pubs. Breakfast offered a good choice.
The car park was a few minutes walk away.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. The historical building features high ceilings in the rooms. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine. I found this convenient. The staff members were friendly and helpful.
The shower dial needed adjustment for temperature control.

Excellent Central Location

My room had good soundproofing. I could not hear ANY noise from outside despite overlooking Leopold Square. The room was great. The housekeeping and reception teams were professional. I received a £5 bar credit because i declined room cleaning. This was a thoughtful touch TO preserve resources.
The breakfast service was slow. It was hard to get the attention of the staff. The dining area felt understaffed.

The beautiful king room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, I was thankful. The air conditioning worked superbly, and the hotel room felt immaculate.

The staff was pleasant, they helped me. The reception team was friendly and very competent. Angus was especially helpful. The customer service was excellent. I appreciate them.
