canal-side comfort

comfortable areas well stocked bar cosy room excellent housekeeping
i found the reception and all public areas to be lovely, comfortable, and clean. the bar area was really nice and well stocked (plenty of options!). there was seating outside by the canal. my room was huge and very cosy with a mini fridge, which i considered a nice bonus. housekeeping maintained an excellent standard throughout my stay.
the carpet away from the main areas seemed a bit worn. it was not especially comfortable and it could benefit from some upkeep, but overall it was ok.
