the service dragged at dinner i swear i saw snails moving faster than our server. my burger was drier than a desert and my daughter's chicken seemed equally parched. also they tacked on an optional tip automatically that is a sneaky move.

the staff delivered excellent customer service. the room presentation was nice and came with a stylish bathroom. the hotel location is convenient in the town center. the breakfast included with the stay was very good.

dog-friendly room easy check-in perfect location inadequate storage odd bathroom toilet maintenance

i appreciated the dog-friendly room i got. it was quite spacious. checking in and out went smoothly as well (i always appreciate an efficient process). the location is perfect, right in the heart of things.

the room lacked adequate storage. there were only three coat hangers on the open rails. the bathroom layout was a bit odd (i had to maneuver a bit to get to the toilet). the pub toilets often lacked supplies and needed some care.
