Okay Stay

delicious dinnerin house beerquiet room
The dinner I ate was very good, including the in house beer. Breakfast went on a long day. The room felt quiet to me. I could see the Kent viaduct from it.
The mattress needed turning. If you rolled towards the bed's edge, it offered little support. This affected my sleep slightly.

I noticed the owner upgraded our room when we arrived. I found him the perfect host. The room had a comfortable feel and was very clean. The staff impressed me with their friendly and cute behavior.

The seafood platter I had for dinner was superb. Breakfast was also quite lovely. The location offers fine views (I could have looked at it all day). The staff seemed to work very well as a team.
The menu had several unavailable items, disappointing. The fish and chips I ordered were quite greasy. The lighting in my room was too poor for comfortable reading.

Excellent stay with great service

room upgradedinner reservationrelaxing startdusty room
Anthony welcomed us warmly, and we received a room upgrade plus a dinner reservation. The food was very nice, and we participated in a fun quiz night with other guests. Breakfast was substantial with homemade fruit and granola. Anthony, and the veggie breakfast with a coffee pot ensured a relaxing start.
Housekeeping requires improvement as my room was quite dusty, particularly around the bed. This exacerbated my dust allergy symptoms, needing frequent inhaler use. Towels were not always changed despite following the instructions.
Service

The staff offered a very cute environment and prompt service. They provided immediate assistance with reservations and room upgrades. The team ensured a relaxing atmosphere during breakfast and other services. Every detail was carefully attended to.
