The staff welcomed me warmly. the breakfast offered a lot of variety and quality choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. i found the family room spacious. it easily accommodated my needs for a short stay. the hotel is conveniently located. it made getting around easy without a car.
the orange juice tasted like it was from concentrate.

The room was a lovely double room. car parking area was large. staff were very helpful to me. the bed had quality bedding. I slept well. outside plants are very pretty. I loved seeing them.
The curtains had grime. It was a shame.

the hotel is near shops, and that really helped me. it allowed easy access, and the train station is a short walk. i could easily get anything i needed there.

My room lacked a fridge, disappointing. there was also no safe. I wanted to keep valuables secure. softer pillows were unavailable after i requested them from reception

The room was massive. It was a two-bedroom cottage annex. Staff members were lovely. They were very friendly. The evening meal was fine. Cottages are across the road. The rooms are spacious and wonderful.
I was disappointed to find no fridge in my room.

i was charged a different rate than what was stated in an email i received for keeping the room for an extra hour. the breakfast options for dietary requirements were poor.. it was very disappointing.

I stayed in a cottage near the blacksmiths shop and it was lovely. the restaurant was a real bonus with superb food. breakfast was buffet style and it offered plenty of tasty choices. the family rooms feature bunkbeds and a television. They were perfect for my young children.
the air conditioning unit only blew cold air. it was a shame because the hotel looked nice from what we saw.
