The staff stored my bags before check-in. This allowed me to go on a booked cruise. A staff member arranged a taxi for my early airport trip. I found this service very helpful since my phone lacked call functionality. I also enjoyed a delicious meal, and my room was quiet.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

The room had a great view of the Forth Bridge. The location is quite good. It is walkable from the train station. The included breakfast had good variety. The room was spacious for a family.

I received a car parking charge notice weeks after my stay. I was not informed of any parking fees during check-in and was not asked for my vehicle registration.

the room was big. it was good for a family. the location is good because it is across from the ocean. the train station is close by too, i did a little walk there.

i didn't like some interactions on arrival. it was unpleasant. breakfast was not cheap, and the slice of avocado on toast felt overpriced.

i appreciated the spacious room, it had everything i needed. breakfast was served in a relaxed setting with lovely views. dinner offered a varied menu.

something needs to be done about the heating system perhaps radiators need bled. the horrible noise from the radiators pipes kept us awake all night. it was unacceptable.

Mediocre Stay. Several issues need addressing

poor insulationrestful experience

The noise insulation was substandard. Disturbances from adjacent rooms and upstairs persisted late into the night. This issue led to a poor night's sleep. I also missed breakfast. The lack of soundproofing should be addressed for a more restful experience.
