lovely stay with great service
good breakfast comfortable bed attentive staff special celebration
the breakfast offered a lot of choice , and the staff were very attentive. the bed was super comfortable , ensuring a good night's sleep. the food in the restaurant was very good. the staff were helpful in making dad's 80th birthday special.
i booked an executive sea view suite with a balcony , but the balcony wasn't suitable for sitting , and the view from the couch was obstructed by easy block wall with a glass partition.

the staff offered helpful and supportive service , especially when assisting with a birthday celebration. they seemed happy to ensure guests enjoyed their stay , responding to needs efficiently. their friendly and polite behaviour added to the positive atmosphere.

the hotel provided easy access to the fife coastal path . it is also part of a caravan and holiday park , providing access to more recreational facilities. the hotel benefits from views of the sea and edinburgh.

The premier beautiful room was spacious. it included a large television. the restaurant service was attentive and quick. i found the free parking to be very convenient. the location being close to edinburgh was a plus. breakfast service was excellent throughout my stay. So nice.

The restaurant features great fish, prepared skillfully. The wow factor in the restaurant is the view. the breakfast was generous with many options. i ate a sausage pink inside. But i was okay

The hotel is about 30 minutes from edinburgh by train. it offers nice views at the beach. the hotel sits near a caravan site. the sea view more than compensated, and everything was fine.

The food was of a good standard. The staff provided excellent service. The views from my room were lovely. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff in the restaurant were friendly and very pleasant.
I noticed the mattresses were not the best quality. The pool was very crowded. The changing room for the pool was in need of a good clean, with so many people using it.

clean room spacious room tv uncomfortable mattress early closing dim lights
the room was spacious and clean. the provided shower gel and shampoo were complimentary. i found the tv to be fine.
The mattress was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. the bar staff called last orders early. the lights were turned off by 10pm, so we had to leave

extreme noise stressful day
the breakfast had a good selection, it wasn't too much.
our room was near a wedding hall, so it was really crowded until 2 am. after the party, they decided to collect empty glass bottles. this made extreme noise, it was the most stressful day ever.
