Really great stay

large pool easy surroundings
The pool was large and I liked it. The surroundings are easy to find. The room was comfortable.
The bathroom sink didn't have hot and cold water combined. Made it impossible for me to use the sink without either freezing or scalding my hand.
Service

The staff were very helpful and kind . I especially appreciated the quick and friendly check-in process. They promptly addressed all my questions, and were always available. Staff ensured a smooth experience.

convenient location big car park 24hr reception old furniture broken lamp electric fan
The location was really convient, you know. the car park was big, so parking weren't a issue. plus, the 24hr reception was super helpful for my late arrival. i found the steam room to be pretty good after a long drive. It really help me relax.
the bedroom needed some updating, i think. the furniture felt old, and the lamps beside the bed didn't even work. also, there wasn't air con, just a electric fan, what wasn't enough to be comfortable, you know. and the window handles were broke, what made it hard to get any fresh air.
