The staff were friendly. They were also helpful . The location was great (very central). The room was spacious and well-equipped.
The receptionist seemed a bit grumpy upon arrival. She did not mention my husband's birthday. The room was hot, a problem not easily fixed. The control panel did not work, and the windows could not be opened.

The check-in process took longer than expected. This caused some anxiety upon arrival.

I had such a wonderful time . the allocated reserved parking space was so helpful, i didn't have to worry about finding a spot! the building was beautifully furnished with great character. the staff were friendly. They created a cute atmosphere, this.
The stairs looked a bit intimidating. Defined handrails would be great.

Check-in was a mess! The bar tables weren't clean. They felt sticky. The worst part? Traffic noise kept me up all night due to the room's location. Secondary glazing is a MUST.
