The WiFi was very disappointing. I couldn't rely on it for work. Staff shortages were also apparent. The room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon because there weren't enough staff. I found the limited service level frustrating.

The staff was very cute. I found everyone I spoke with to be very friendly (including the housekeeping staff). My room was spacious and modern. It was also comfortable, quiet, and very clean,. The restaurant food tasted lovely for both dinner and breakfast. The food was cooked perfectly.

The shower fitting was a bit loose, so the soap didn't dispense easily.

The family room was spacious. The air conditioning worked very well. This hotel welcomes dogs. It is dog friendly. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options were great.

I encountered a very large pile of dog waste right at the front entrance door. I informed a staff member to clear it.
