dirty bathroom hanging sockets

The breakfast options seemed good.

The bathroom was not clean though I expected a better standard of hygiene. Sockets hung away from the walls. That REALLY is a safety hazard.

dirty floor floor's grime

the breakfast was acceptable. the food tasted alright and fulfilled its purpose.

i encountered an issue with the room's cleanliness. the floor looked as though it had not been properly cleaned, showing visible dirt and grime.

lovely stay!

great size comfy beds friendly staff

The room was a great size and spotlessly clean. It was so nice! the beds were comfy and the staff at check-in were super lovely and friendly. i found the hotel offered really great value, very much recommended.

i did find that there was no drinking water in the room which wasn't the best. it's a small thing, but i really needed a glass of water.

The hotel features a pleasant restaurant area. It is really nice. good parking is available and it makes everything easier! a lovely warm environment exists in the pub.

The staff were amazing, happy and very friendly. It was so cheerful! breakfast was first class with unlimited tea, coffee, and juices. the staff provide good service with a smile!

the hotel is close to the station, so it is easy to arrive here! the building is quite set back from the road. the area is fairly quiet at night.

poor sound insulation worn furniture

the food served in the restaurant was acceptable.

my allocated room was quite noisy. the sound insulation was poor and i could hear noise from nearby rooms. additionally, some of the furniture looked quite worn, like the bed frame and desk were scratched and dented. this detracted from the room's overall appearance.
