uncomfortable bed bland food
I was annoyed by a couple of things. The bed in the room was not comfortable. I also found that the breakfast service was not up to par , the food was bland.

clean room quality linen excellent bathroom cold corridor expensive drinks faulty heating
i stayed in the hotel after my friend's wedding. the room was clean and had more than everything i needed. the bed was huge with such good quality linen (i slept like a baby!). the bathroom was excellent and well appointed.
the corridors near my room were very cold. i told the receptionist who said she would reset the heating, but it still didn't work. i found the drinks a little expensive (but maybe that's just me!).

I found the main bar spacious with ample seating. the bar staff were friendly. They even delivered drinks to the table. the garden provided a lovely outdoor seating area, perfect for drinks. the reception staff were both friendly and knowledgeable.
i found the drinks were a little overpriced, though the service made up for it.

i stayed in the beautiful king room sofa bed. the bathroom featured an excellent shower (i felt refreshed).
