Awesome stay!
super clean free wine excellent value comfy room
I found the hotel super clean. A real bonus was the free wine bottle deal with two large glasses before 7 pm. Dinner had excellent value with the fixed price option. My room was very clean it was a beautiful room and comfy. I recommend it highly!
The spaces in the underground car park are a little tight and i didnt like it.

The location had real advantages like being right on the river. It was a short walk into the town. The hotel gave easy access to explore many shops and local attractions. It seemed perfect for exploration.

i found the lack of readily available assistance with luggage slightly inconvenient.

spacious room separate shower parking access
The room offered a roll top bath and a separate shower. Breakfast provided many choices and the hot food was well cooked. The hotel's location is close to both the river and the town. Parking access was convenient.

Average Stay Due to Ventilation Issues
sealed window noisy fan
The window in my room faced the inner courtyard and was sealed shut. It was a very warm day, and the air conditioning wasn't working correctly. The room felt stifling with no airflow. I reported this issue twice to the front desk but only received a very noisy fan. It seems an engineer should have checked the air system, but the man who came with the fan didn't seem to know what he was doing. A customer service training would be good here.
