lovely hotel stay

quiet streetcomfortable bedhigh tub
the location are great because it is on a quiet street in knightsbridge. i received a suite as an upgrade and it was appreciated. the bed felt comfortable and the bathroom were well appointed. the staff cleans my room multiple times daily.
the room was a bit dark because it has dark colors and mirrors, so its an odd choice for a hotel. the shower required me to step over a high tub to enter. this situation does presents an inconvenience.

the location worked great, central to many attractions and near harrods. the staff impressed me because their politeness and genuineness. veruska, ryan, and andrei supported me with my wife's birthday.
our room had inadequate closet space. we had to move to a different room. i wished the closet space had been bigger from the start.

the hotel offers a gorgeous private garden that guests can enjoy. the interiors offer a moody atmosphere. the whole hotel is super quiet, even though in a busy area.

i am pleased i chose this hotel. the staff was helpful and courteous throughout my visit. the location allowed easy access to dining and shops nearby. the interior decor created an elegant atmosphere with its refined design and i liked the room views of the inner courtyard.
the shower was small, made moving around a little challenging, though the water pressure was good.
