some issues impacted my stay

small room gravel noise
the room was very small. i also found the noise disruptive since the hotel is near the car park. the gravel noise was very loud and constant. this made it hard to relax or sleep comfortably at times.

the breakfast was delicious and arrived quickly. i also found the menu had a good variety of choices.
the room was very hot and the traffic noise was bad most of the night. i found it quite difficult to sleep well.

fantastic stay

clean room summer duvet standing fan comfortable bed
the room was clean. the summer duvets on the bed were appreciated. a standing fan was set up upon arrival. the beds were comfortable. the staff were very attentive.
the walls felt thin. i could hear some noise, slightly disruptive.

the building is very well kept. the rooms are recently renovated and the bathrooms are modern. parking spaces are available directly at the accommodation so guests won't need to worry about finding somewhere to park.

The pub offers very good food. breakfast includes a hot selection with tasty, quality items. i did enjoy the dining options. They were varied and well-prepared. i had a very pleasant experience.

the location is convenient for visiting friends. it is easy to get into london via billericay or shenfield stations. the hotel is situated in an area , made travel to and from nearby towns easy.
