excellent location breakfast room comfortable bed unwarm receptionist dysfunctional air conditioning inadequate lighting
The location proved excellent. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast room possessed great charm overlooking the gardens. The bed and pillows offered a very comfortable night's sleep.
The receptionist I encountered lacked warmth. The air conditioning in my room failed to function. I found the lighting inadequate, especially near the bedside tables. This made reading difficult.

some issues marred the stay
luxurious bathroom roll top bath disturbed rest linen cages
the room was nicely decorated. it had a big bed and a luxurious bathroom with a roll top bath and a walk in shower.
refurbishment started late into the evening. it also started early in the morning at 6am. linen cages were rolled past the window. it meant i did not get a very good rest.

convenient location wonderful breakfast tired room bathroom issue
The breakfast was wonderful. I loved the convenient location near the town centre, I found it very easy to explore the surrounding area from there.
My room seemed like it needed an update, it felt somewhat tired. The bathroom had issues with the plughole, I found it hard to drain water from the hand basin.

adequate stay
helpful staff lovely features loud music extra charges
the staff were pleasant and very helpful. i found the hotel to have some lovely features, such as the stair case.
i was surprised to find that i was allocated a room directly above a wedding party. the loud music made it difficult for me to get any rest. i had booked breakfast included. i was asked to pay for my son's breakfast during check-out.
