The room felt quite small, and I found it difficult to fully unpack my belongings since there was limited space for luggage. the breakfast options seemed fairly basic. I expected more variety considering what I paid and the reputation this hotel holds. It was not great quality.

the room was clean and the bathroom amenities smelled nice.

I had a problem with the toilet in the middle of the night. It was unusable. i reported it, and i was told the maintenance team would fix it in the morning, but i was not offered a different room or a refund.. we could not get back to sleep, so we checked out early.
