The dining room had a high standard of furnishing. The underground was a short walk away. The room was great. Bedding and towels was new and fluffy. The location near the tube was great. I found the breakfast to be tremendous and included several options.

The room was small, not reflective of a five-star experience, also the furniture had some minor damage.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had various options available each morning. the towels in the bathroom were thick and soft.

The room was very small. It was difficult for two people to move around in it. the wardrobe door was blocked by another cupboard, i couldn't use it. the ventilation system was very loud, so i had to buy earplugs to sleep.
