superb hotel experience

helpful staff friendly staff great breakfast

the staff were very helpful and friendly. the hotel location is very handy to the tube station. the breakfast was amazing!!! the staff brought us our poached eggs quickly.

high standard short walk fluffy towels tremendous breakfast

The dining room had a high standard of furnishing. The underground was a short walk away. The room was great. Bedding and towels was new and fluffy. The location near the tube was great. I found the breakfast to be tremendous and included several options.

The room was small, not reflective of a five-star experience, also the furniture had some minor damage.
