The suite was very luxurious, including a huge bathroom. The finish was high spec and the room was very clean. All staff were accommodating and friendly.
I was cold during the night and could not control the underfloor heating temperature. There was no spare blanket available in the room. Breakfast lacked pastries, fruit, and yogurts. Only mini cereals were available.

We booked five suites and the retreat for fourteen guests. Our stay was really good. The staff were very helpful and diligent. We booked the maple suite, rosewood suite, hazel suite, oak suite, birch suite, and the retreat. My family thought it was the nicest place they had stayed. The rooms are spacious and warm. they have high-quality linens and soft furnishings.

Our king suite spa bath was really good. I liked the added touches of an umbrella, shoe horn, and clothes brush. the mini fridge included chocolate, water, and fizzy drinks for purchase. I found that very convenient. the tea and coffee making facilities were good. I enjoyed a morning coffee. the bathroom came with a bathrobe. That added to the luxury.
I found the staircase to the room quite steep. It required extra caution though, this didn't detract much from the overall quality.

The staff communicated well and reconfigured the room to our needs. Clear instructions were provided, and i found their help very effective when i requested assistance with directions near the hotel. i commend the service provided .

My Beautiful Suite was just fabulous! It was spacious and very clean. The bed was super comfy, it gave me a great night's sleep. The view from my window was amazing.
I found the doorways to be quite low. I had to be very mindful because I am tall. I also wasn't keen on some noise at night. I wish I had brought earplugs

i discovered a helpful lady at reception, she guided us when our sat nav failed, it was a real help. the breakfast was also excellent, a good start to each day . plentiful, free parking made arrivals and departures stress-free.

I found several lovely little touches, like the umbrella and clothes brush. the mini fridge had chocolate, water, and fizzy drinks available for purchase, i thought it was a great touch. the tea and coffee making facilities worked well. The bathroom included a bathrobe.
I was allocated a room above the bar, which required navigating steep stairs. a door on the stairs made access a bit unsafe. Walking carefully was a must due to the uneven floor and low beams.
