The room was larger than I expected! It had a big comfortable bed. Internet connectivity was also excellent. The proximity to the concert venue at St Peters by the Waterfront was a big plus. It was a very short walk.
The mugs provided in my room were very small.

The mugs in the room were too small. I dislike carton cups. Glasses at reception were tiny. There was no water in the room. There were too few tea/coffee and milk offerings for two people. Two single mattresses felt hard. They seemed suitable for children but not for adults.

Check-in was very good. the guy was very helpful and friendly. location was perfect. I was visiting family nearby, and the ability to walk into town was essential. parking was easy and very convenient. the hotel was great, clean, and comfortable!!!
the gym opening at 7am was too late for me, so i went for a brisk early morning walk instead.

the staff i met were polite and helpful. the breakfast had a nice selection. the room included a fridge and an iron (very useful).
